Morizono: My 77 year-old mom, often tell me “Are you still doing such a stupid thing?” in her dialect, to let me know what she thinks about my raising voices. But even she knows how information on TV contradicts by comparing TV programs on NHK at noon and midnight. She says that the information she gets from midnight programs is true. Saying they say we are safe at noon, but we aren’t at midnight. In addition, they keep saying that “please feel safe, since we are measuring radiation.” We cannot be safe if we keep eating 100 bacquerel. Even though they emphasize Japanese criteria is much stricter comparing to other countries’, they also make some documentaries of farmers in Fukushima, I would believe the latter. However, my mom tells me Japanese government would not ignore her. She also says she is paying taxes. Furthermore, she tells me she had survived during the war, and she cannot live if she cares too much about radiation. I tell her that radiation is totally different, and cannot compare with war. But the problem is, we cannot see the radiation itself and its effects. I hope the radiation has color, like pink, yellow and purple.
