Horikiri: When it was Tokaimura criticality accident, Japan(JCO), children were playing around at school ground of their junior high school which was only 350 meters away from the site. It was 350 meters, not even 1000km. There were some people who closed the windows of their houses due to the accident, but maybe there were also some who evacuated, I do not remember though… I really thought this would be a problem at that time, but Fukushima’s accident this time is hundreds of times more severe than that. Everything including whether people in Fukushima had been informed correctly that they had to leave because of the explosion or not was what I wanted to know.
